One of the challenges of incarceration is a person's return to society.  Finding a stable job and a place to live is often the first priority.  Many of our returning citizens have received training and learned trades while incarcerated, and all they need is a chance to prove that their skills are valuable and needed.  Second chance businesses give just that opportunity.
