Everyday  TPCA  is  contacted by concerned family members and incarcerated individuals pertaining to the inhumane conditions inside Texas prisons. TPCA believes that all human beings deserve safe humane environments in which to live and work. Extreme heat, deplorable food, dangerous contaminated water, substandard medical care, and the mental torture of solitary confinement are unacceptable. These conditions are well documented and have been allowed to continue for too long. Join us as we shine a light in these dark places. Click below for more information.
