To bring awareness to prison conditions, TPCA   holds or participates in events that allow us to bring attention to the plight of Texas citizens in state prisons. Jail standards have been in place for decades and require temperatures to be held between 65 and 85 degrees.  Our Prison Condition Awareness events help bring light to the dark and inhumane issues that Texas citizens face daily.   Below is a list of events for the 2022 calendar year.
